Anti-empathy stamp. Why should a minority get less time in jail for the same crime a non-minority committed? They shouldn't.

It IS a good stamp you silly:p but if your talking about the timing when you say the frame per sec. thing I think a little faster would be better, just my opinion. But it looks really good^o^

There's only a few settings on PS Elements 7, so if it's not way off I can't do much XD;;
