It's not limited to whites.
Anyone can be racist.

Sometimes, people who have been raised on values can't be persuaded.
That's okay though, because people are who they are, regardless of what's thought to be right or wrong. 8)

Black people can also be racist. Some of them kill white people because of their race. The same goes for mexians.

I'm a color-blind type of person, and I can't stand racism.

I had one women come through my line and treat me like shit only because I was white. It was a sorry fucking display. Though I can't say anything or I will be a racist. <_<

No one's really colorblind, but you can stop yourself from acting on your judgements. Everyone makes judgements the moment they meet someone. It's a natural thing.
